How to grow camellia in autumn

1. Water spray ventilation

In some areas, the air is relatively dry in autumn, which is not suitable for the growth of camellia. If it is kept in such an overly dry environment for a long time, the tips or edges of its leaves may become dry and yellow. Therefore, you need to spray it with more water mist to increase the surrounding humidity. After spraying, move it to a well-ventilated place to reduce the chance of breeding pests and diseases.

2. Increase fertilization

Fall is one of its main growing times and is also when it forms flower buds. Therefore, when raising it, you should apply more flower fertilizer to provide it with nutrients. Specifically, add fertilizer every 10 days. Note that before adding, you must dilute the fertilizer with water to prevent it from being too concentrated and damaging the plants.

3. Turn over the soil
