Growing directions

Sow seed 1/4 inch deep in warm starting mix and keep at 70–85°F until sprouts emerge. Transplant after nights reliably stay above 50°F, burying the stem up to the lowest leaves to encourage a strong root system. Provide a cage or stake for support, and water consistently at the base to reduce the risk of blossom-end rot. Harvest when fruit is fully colored and gives slightly to gentle pressure.
