How to propagate pepper tree by cuttings

1. Time

Timing is a relatively important thing because various conditions at this time will affect it. Generally speaking, this operation can be carried out in spring and autumn, but autumn may be better because the rooting rate may be higher.

2. Branches

Generally speaking, the rooting rate of semi-lignified plants is not very high, but if we use rooting promoters on them, it will have a great effect. If it is not used, we still use its middle branches, which is the better part. The specific steps are to choose a relatively strong tree, find a strong branch that has grown for a year, and then cut it to a length of about ten to fifteen centimeters.

3. Soil

The first one must be relatively good, the second one is just medium, and the third one needs to be neutral or slightly acidic.
