What is the difference between Jianshi maple and blood maple?

2. Leaves

The leaves of the Jianshi maple have a paper-like texture and are compound leaves composed of three leaflets, which are oval in shape; the leaves of the blood maple have 2-3 irregular serrations on the edge and the petiole is short.

The leaf margins of the blood maple have 2-3 irregular serrations, the petiole is short, only 5-8 mm long, and is oval in shape.
