How to remedy the yellowing of white palm leaves

1. Increase the temperature

Reason: The temperature in the growing environment is too low, which does not meet the growth requirements of white anthurium. It will cause frostbite to the plant and cause the leaves of white anthurium to turn yellow.

Solution: Anthurium has requirements for the surrounding temperature. The temperature in winter should not be lower than 5℃. After being frozen and yellowed, it should be moved to a warm room in time.

2. Reduce glare

Reason: Anthurium is suitable for growing in a diffuse light environment. If the light is too strong, it will burn the leaves and cause part of the leaves to turn yellow.

Solution: Take shade measures in summer. Once exposed to the sun, move it to a cool and ventilated place immediately and spray water appropriately to promote recovery.

3. Adjust water and fertilizer

Reason: If Anthurium is to grow well, reasonable watering and fertilization are essential. If it is not watered and fertilized for a long time, the plant will grow poorly and the leaves will gradually turn yellow. However, excessive watering and fertilization will cause root rot and yellow leaves.

Solution: Adjust water and fertilizer requirements appropriately according to actual growth needs.

4. Replace the soil

Reason: Although Anthurium does not have high requirements for soil, compacted and sticky soil, or long-term alkaline soil, will cause yellow leaves.

Solution: Loosen the soil and change it regularly. Replace it with soil suitable for the growth of Anthurium. You can use peat soil, leaf mold, perlite, etc.
