The correct process of planting garlic sprouts in the soil

1. Choose the time

Generally, garlic seedlings are planted around October in autumn, which is the most suitable time. There is no exact time, and it needs to be decided flexibly according to different varieties and local climate. Heat-resistant varieties can be sown in spring, while cold-resistant varieties can be sown in autumn. You can also choose to do it in a greenhouse, which does not require too much time, and you can also choose to plant it in winter.

2. Soil Preparation

It can be planted in the ground or in pots. If planted in the ground, just choose fertile and loose soil. If you choose potted plants, you can first choose a suitable flower pot, ensure that it is permeable and has bottom holes for easy drainage. The loam should be breathable, soft and have a loose texture to facilitate survival.

3. Choose garlic cloves

Choose plump garlic, free of pests and diseases, and without surface damage, as this will be more conducive to survival. Before planting, soak it in water for about 12 hours, then take it out and place it aside.

4. Start Planting

Insert the garlic cloves evenly in the soil, paying attention to the spacing between them. They should not be arranged too closely, and then cover them with a layer of soil that does not cover the garlic cloves. Water it thoroughly and place it in a sunny place.
