Cultivation methods and precautions of yellow bell flower

Cultivation methods and precautions of yellow bell flower

1. Soil

When flower lovers grow yellow bell flowers, it is best to choose relatively loose soil with better air permeability and drainage. In order to obtain the nutrients required for plant growth, it is best to add some leaf mold into the substrate to ensure its healthy growth.

2. Temperature

It is more suitable for growing at temperatures between 15-25℃. It will stop growing when the temperature is too high or too low. When the temperature is low in winter, special attention should be paid to keeping warm to avoid frost damage. In summer, while ensuring light, it should be moved to a cool location for maintenance.

3. Watering

During normal maintenance, it is basically necessary to water it once a day, but in winter and during the rainy season, it can be extended to once every 2-3 days. In addition, the high temperature in summer makes its growth very slow, so the number and amount of watering should be reduced appropriately.

4. Pruning

The best time to prune it is in early spring and after the flowers fade, in order to maintain a more perfect plant shape and better growth. Pruning it after the flowers fade will help it continue to grow new branches.

5. Notes

When watering in summer, you must pay close attention to the amount and frequency of watering. Too much watering will cause root rot due to water accumulation, and too little watering will cause the potting soil to be too dry, which is very bad for the roots of the plant.
