1. How many varieties are there?

Lithops is a common succulent plant, which has many varieties. There are more than a thousand recorded species alone. Its varieties are divided into many series, such as the Zixun series, olive jade series, kikusui jade series, sun jade series, etc., which can be said to be dazzling. However, there are only six common ones, and these six are mainly introduced here.

2. The most common varieties

1. Fulai Jade: This is a small variety. It is spherical in shape. The height is about two centimeters and the diameter is between one and two centimeters. This is a variety that often grows in groups, usually around twenty plants growing together. Although it is quite small, its flowers look large and are white.

2. Patterned jade: It is also called "purple patterned jade" because its top is purple-red. Purple is relatively rare. If sowing is used, the chance of its appearance is between 7 and 31 percent. Its flowers are also white.

3. Sun Jade: It is also a group-growing variety. The surface is generally brown with darker spots. Its flowers are yellow.

4. Zhuxianyu: It is native to foreign countries. The leaves are light green to pink and appear bumpy.

5. Mrs. Li: Its flowers are small and white. The surface is light green.

6. Huangyu: It is relatively large in size and is considered a very strong variety among all varieties.
