How to make a jasmine potted plant

How to make a jasmine potted plant

1. Prepare materials

1. Artificially cultivated old piles

If we want to make potted plants, we should first prepare the materials. If you choose an old stump cultivated artificially, we can prune it by heavy pruning. Generally, we should wait until the plant grows to about 0.3 meters, or according to certain design requirements, and then cut off its top buds and leave the crown. Alternatively, you can remove the basal buds at the roots through certain shaping and pruning, which can promote its later flowering.

2. Old piles dug in the wild

If you choose an old stump dug up in the wild, you just need to preserve the roots and then remove the injured or dead roots. After that, you can straighten the preserved roots and plant them in the pot.

2. Trimming and shaping

If you want to make a good-looking potted plant, you have to make the shape in advance. Generally speaking, when doing styling, we can do it the way we like. As long as they are arranged in alternating densities, echoing each other from top to bottom, and of different lengths, you can start to tie them up appropriately. When tying them up, individual branches can be corrected with copper and aluminum strips. Afterwards, the branches must look very natural and have clear layers. After the vines are coiled and tied, we need to prune the branches appropriately again, and then we can cultivate cliff-style or semi-cliff-style potted plants according to their growth characteristics.

3. Potted Plant Maintenance

After the potted plants are ready, we need to take good care of them so that they can grow better. Generally, it is managed in a very extensive manner. In spring, summer and autumn, you need to water it more to keep the soil moist at all times. If the air is dry during maintenance, we should spray some water on the plants in time to increase the humidity of the air. When winter comes, you need to control watering and keep the temperature at 3 to 5 degrees, so that the potted plants will bloom in early spring.
