3. Seeds: Its pods are oblong and contain 4-9 seeds. They are dark brown or black and oval in shape. When planting and propagating, please note that the seeds are highly poisonous and avoid harm.

4. Distribution: It is mainly produced in Fujian, Guangxi and Guangdong, and mostly grows in valleys or bushes. Propagation is done by seedling transplanting or direct seeding.

Abrus precatorius and Acanthopanax ovata are actually the same plant. It is usually called Abrus precatorius when it is growing, and is called Acanthopanax ovata when it is used as a medicinal material. That is, when it is dried, it is used as a medicinal material with many therapeutic effects.
