When you use this “special water” to grow jade plants, their branches and trunks will grow rapidly and they will become “old stumps” in less than a year!

It is said that the material for making this "special water" is made from common soybeans in our homes. Those who are familiar with soybeans know that they contain relatively rich protein and nutrients, which can play a good role in human health. These nutrients can also play a role in growing flowers, especially for jade plants, which can grow into old piles faster!

How to make soybean water:

1. First, soak the soybeans you are going to use in water until the surface starts to wrinkle and then you can take them out.

2. The soybeans that have been fished out need to be put into the pot and cooked until soft. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes so that the nutrients can evaporate more easily.

3. After the soybeans are cooked, they can be directly put into a container and added with water for fermentation.

The fermentation time is about half a month. The fermented soybean water needs to be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:50 when used to avoid excessive fertilizer effect that may burn the flower roots. After drinking soybean water, the jade plant can replenish the nitrogen fertilizer needed for growth and accelerate the lignification and growth of branches.

If you want your jade plant to grow quickly into an old stump, normal maintenance is naturally very important!

Light: Jade plant is afraid of strong light when growing, so when caring for it, be careful not to expose it to direct strong light. It can be placed under sufficient scattered light for care. Generally speaking, sufficient light can ensure the color of the branches and leaves of jade plants, and the branches will grow longer and thicker.

Water: Watering is an important aspect of jade plant. If the amount of water is not controlled well, leaves will fall and roots will rot. During the normal growing season, it is necessary to water it about once every 4 days. Now in winter, try to keep the soil in the pot slightly dry and control the amount of watering.

Fertilization: Providing the jade plant with enough fertilizer can make its leaves more crystal clear and the roots grow stronger. During the growing season, add decomposed fertilizer at least once a month. Now because the temperature is cold, do not fertilize the jade plant to avoid difficulty in absorption and root rot.

In fact, in addition to the above aspects, we can also prune the jade plant regularly to maintain its beauty and promote growth. Do you like Yushu? Have you learned these little maintenance methods?
