Zile breeding methods and precautions

Zile breeding methods and precautions

Purple Joy is easy to grow. It is a relatively hardy succulent plant and very friendly to beginners. Even if a leaf falls off in the pot, it can still take root and sprout. It has a high reproductive capacity. Moreover, its color becomes more and more beautiful as it is grown. It is bright and colorful. It has a relatively high ornamental value and is suitable for potted cultivation among flower lovers.

How to cultivate Zile

1. Sunlight and temperature

Purple music likes to grow in an environment with sufficient light, ventilation and dryness. The suitable temperature for its growth is 15 to 28 degrees. Spring and autumn are the peak growth seasons for purple music. Try to keep the sunlight throughout the day, provide diffuse light maintenance in summer, and move it to a sunny place indoors for maintenance in winter.

2. Watering

Purple Leaf Fertilizer is relatively drought-resistant and does not require much water. It does not need to be watered too frequently. Too wet soil in the pot can easily cause root rot. Do not water frequently during the spring and autumn growing seasons. Water the pot thoroughly only when it feels light when you lift it with your hands. Do not water if the soil is not dry. Reduce watering in summer when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees. Control watering in winter and keep the soil in the pot dry.

3. Pot soil

Purple music can be grown in the most common clay pots, which are breathable and water-tight. The soil can be made of fermented humus soil and river sand in a mixture of 4:6. Just ensure that the soil is loose, breathable and well-drained. Generally, if there are more particles, purple music will not rot roots, but the environment must be well ventilated.

4. Outdoor cultivation

Except in the summer when the light intensity is high and the winter when the temperature is low, Purple Joy cannot be grown outdoors. At other times, it can be kept outdoors so that it can receive sufficient light and maintain a high state. The leaves will appear pink and purple, and may even appear candy heart color or blood spot color, which is very beautiful.

Purple Music Maintenance Precautions

1. Purple Joy Succulent likes a warm growing environment. The high temperature in summer reaches over 30 degrees. It is afraid of stuffiness and humidity. Keep the environment ventilated and properly block the strong direct sunlight at noon to avoid strong light burning the leaves.

2. Zi Le is not resistant to low temperatures and is very afraid of freezing. Therefore, if the temperature is below 5 degrees in winter, it is best to move it to a sunny place indoors, provide full-sun care, control watering, and keep the pot soil dry so that it can overwinter.
