What kind of water is best for watering Jade Plants (what kind of water is suitable and nutritious)

What kind of water is best for watering Jade Plants (what kind of water is suitable and nutritious)

The first type: manure organic fertilizer

Collect animal feces, urine, etc., and after fermentation, dilute them with water to a certain multiple and then water them on the flower soil.

After the animal's manure is fermented, the main elements are "nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as secondary" and some organic matter. Watering can provide sufficient nutrients for the Jade Plant.

In addition to providing nutrients, organic fertilizer water can also balance the pH value of the soil and prolong the soil compaction and alkalinization.

Second, rice water

The water after washing rice contains a lot of organic matter, starch, etc. Collect the water after washing rice, put it in a sealed plastic jar, ferment it for about a month, and then you can directly water it into the flower soil of the Jade Plant.

If it is troublesome to collect "rice water", you can cook the soybeans, then add water, fill it into a plastic bottle, and leave it for 2 months to ferment. Then watering the jade plants can also help supplement "nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium".

Third, nutrient solution

According to the growth of various plants, fertilizer manufacturers will scientifically mix fertilizers for some plants and produce some targeted "nutrient solutions".

There are instructions on the dosage for plants on the nutrient solution. I usually buy the one that is 1:1000 times, and I can just add water to water the flowers. The nutrient solution is easy to use, but the cost is high.

When using organic fertilizer made from fermented manure, fermented rice water, and nutrient solution, you need to pay attention to the method of fertilization: apply thin fertilizer frequently, and it is better to apply less rather than more:

(1) There are four things to fertilize Jade Plant: apply more fertilizer when it turns yellow and thin, apply more fertilizer before germination, apply more fertilizer during the growing period, and apply more fertilizer after pruning.

(2) There are four things to avoid when applying fertilizer to Jade Plants: less fertilizer during the growing season, less fertilizer during germination, less fertilizer during flowering, and less fertilizer during the rainy season.

(3) There are four things not to do when applying fertilizer to Jade Plant: do not apply fertilizer when it is growing too tall, when it is newly planted, when it is in the heat of summer, or when it is dormant.
