Autumn pear, white pear, and Western pear have poor moisture tolerance, while sand pear has strong moisture tolerance, so watering depends on the variety of pear tree. If it is the first type of pear tree, then water it when the soil is dry. If it is the latter type of pear tree, just keep the soil moist.
