Agarwood tree growth environment conditions and requirements

The agarwood tree, also known as white agarwood and agarwood, is native to my country and is often found in low-altitude hills, mountains, roadsides and other areas. It likes a warm, humid and rainy growing environment and has relatively strict requirements for the environment.

Agarwood tree growth temperature

The most suitable growth temperature for agarwood trees is around 20℃. The plant has poor cold resistance and temperature must be controlled in winter. When the temperature is below 5℃, the growth of the plant will be affected.

Agarwood tree growth humidity

Agarwood trees have relatively high requirements for growth humidity. The air humidity should be around 80%-88%, and the annual precipitation in the planting area should be around 1600-2400 mm.

Agarwood tree growing soil

The agarwood tree does not have high requirements for soil and can grow normally in yellow loam, sandy loam and red loam, but it will grow slowly in barren clay and the growth of the plant will deteriorate.

Agarwood tree growth cycle and process

The growth of an agarwood tree goes through several stages: childhood, youth, adulthood and old age. After a 5-year cycle, the agarwood tree can grow to about 3-5 meters. Agarwood trees over 8 years old can produce more agarwood and are the most high-quality tree age.
