How to grow bird's tail flower

Light temperature

Bird's tail flower does not require much light and can grow under any conditions. However, half-day sunlight can make the leaves of the bird's tail flower greener and the quality of the flowers will be better. Bird's tail flower has excellent heat resistance and can grow well even when the temperature is hot in summer. During winter, it is recommended to control the temperature above 12 degrees Celsius, and the optimal growth temperature is around 20-25 degrees Celsius.

Bird's Tail Flower is native to Sri Lanka and India. It has low requirements for the soil for cultivation and prefers loose soil. Fertile sandy soil can be selected for cultivation. It can survive in neutral and slightly acidic soils, but requires the soil to have strong drainage capacity.

Fertilization

In order to make the bird's tail flower grow better, have better flowering quality and ornamental value, it is recommended to apply liquid fertilizer once every two weeks.

Precautions

Although bird's tail flower likes moisture, it is still necessary to do a good job of drainage and waterlogging prevention.
