Time

Cutting propagation of Drosera forkleaf can be carried out throughout the year, and the best season is spring and autumn.

Cutting selection

Choose healthy and strong leaves. Leaves that are too old or too tender are not suitable. The choice of leaves can be judged by the condition of the glands formed on the leaves. The healthier the leaves, the more glands they should have.

Specific methods

Cut the leaves into small pieces and put them into a glass bottle. Add 1/2 or 1/3 of water into the bottle without adding nutrients or growth agents. The suitable temperature for cultivation is 25-30 degrees, and it should be placed in a bright place. If the leaves are inserted in water and cultivated in winter, attention should be paid to keeping warm.
