Planting environment

Watering

When watering, avoid waterlogging and water accumulation. Lentils have thriving roots. When the lentils are blooming and producing beans, you can increase the frequency of watering appropriately to keep the soil moist, which is beneficial to the growth of the lentils.

Fertilization

Start fertilizing when the lentil seedlings grow 3 to 5 leaves. But try to use diluted fertilizer water. Additional fertilizer can be applied during the flowering period. Fertilize once every 5 to 7 days when beans are forming.
