How to germinate cyclamen

How to germinate cyclamen

1. Planting method

1. Sowing: Collect seeds that are full and healthy. There is a lot of water in the seeds that have just been picked. They need to be placed in a cool place for 3-4 days to allow the moisture to dissipate on its own, and then placed in a sunny place to dry. The sowing time should be chosen between the Beginning of Autumn and the Light Snow. Before sowing, soak the seeds in water for one night. After taking them out, you can plant them in the soil prepared in advance. They will germinate in about a month.

2. Water: The soil in the flowerpot only needs to have a little moisture. Do not allow too much water to affect seed germination.

3. Light: This type of plant prefers to bask in the sun. As long as the sunlight is not very strong and the temperature is less than 28℃, you can place the plant on the balcony to allow it to receive sunlight.

2. Precautions

1. This type of plant will grow very well in a place with good air circulation. Once the air condition is poor, the petals of the plant will be affected and wither, but do not place the flower pot in a windy place.

2. If the temperature is zero degrees, the plant will not be able to bear it and will be harmed. When the temperature exceeds 30℃, the plant will enter dormancy.

3. When adding fertilizer to the plants, do not use too much nitrogen-containing fertilizer. You can directly buy fertilizers specifically for this type of plant.
