How to identify Christmas Kalanchoe

1. Blades

The leaves of Christmas Kalanchoe are opposite and grow very densely. They are oblong-spoon-shaped or elliptical in shape, about 4-8 cm long and 2-6 cm wide. The upper edge of the leaves has wavy blunt teeth, and the lower edge is entire. It is bright green in color, relatively shiny, with slightly reddish edges.

2. Flowers

The inflorescence of Christmas Kalanchoe is a cone-shaped cyme and is dark green in color. The entire inflorescence is about 7-10 cm long, with numerous and small flowers. There are 4 petals, and the colors are rich and varied, including pink, orange-red, yellow, crimson, orange-white and white, etc. The corolla is long tubular and slightly swollen at the base. The flowering period is from January to April.
