Cultivation methods and precautions of golden vein single medicinal flower

Cultivation methods and precautions of golden vein single medicinal flower

1. Habits

First of all, it likes a warm environment and is not cold-resistant. If it is planted in a cold area, special attention must be paid to winter insulation. In addition, it is also suitable for growing in humid conditions and has a relatively high demand for water.

Also, it prefers semi-shady growing conditions. It cannot be without light, nor can it be exposed to strong sunlight, especially direct light. Furthermore, it requires fertilizer at certain times, which we will introduce in detail later.

2. Breeding methods

1. Temperature:

For this plant, the most suitable temperature range is 20℃-25℃. If the temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius, its flower buds will not be able to form. Of course, it may be a bit difficult to maintain this temperature in winter, but it cannot be lower than ten degrees, otherwise, it will suffer from frost damage and even a large number of leaves will fall off.

2. Moisture:

Of course, you can give it more water during the period of vigorous growth, because its demand will be greater at this time. However, in winter, watering is basically unnecessary.

3. Lighting:

We can place it in a place where the light is not so strong, such as near a window for maintenance. However, once the light becomes stronger, we have to take some shade measures.

4. Fertilizer:

From early summer to early autumn, because this is its flowering period, we need to apply some compound fertilizer to it so that its flowers will bloom well.

3. Notes

In addition to winter, this plant will also have a dormant period about a month after flowering, so we cannot water it too much during this stage.
