What varieties of wintersweet are there?

Suxin plum

The petals are oblong, curled backwards, the flower color is light yellow, the heart is white, and the flower fragrance is fragrant. Because of its large flowers, it is also called "lotus plum".

Tiger hoof plum

The flowers are large and yellow, with relatively round petals and small petals in the center that are slightly reddish-purple; the flowers are shaped like tiger hooves, have a strong fragrance and bloom early.  

Qingkoumei

The petals are relatively round, dark yellow in color, with a purple center and a strong fragrance. Because of its purple center, it is also called "sandalwood plum".

Golden bell plum

The flowers are large yellow, shaped like a bell, with double petals and a strong fragrance.

Dogtooth plum

The petals are pointed and small in shape. The outer petals are light yellow, while the inner petals have purple stripes and a faint fragrance. Because it has nine petals, it is also called "Jiuyingmei".
