1.Are all portable power stations with proprietary mould from your company? Yes, all are our proprietary mould. There are portable power stations now with Inverters cover 100w,200w,300w,500w,600w,1000w,2000wect.
2. Do your portable power stations have certifications? Yes, most of our products have CE,RoHs,REACH,FCC,PSE,UL,ETL,UN38.3,MSDS ect.
3. Can I get some samples? Yes, sample order is welcome. Usually it will be ready in 5~10 work days, if for neutral samples.
4. OEM or ODM accepted? Yes, OEM&ODM welcome.
5. How long is the warranty of your portable power stations? 12 months. Feel free to contact our sales staffs if any problems for portable power stations.
6. What devices can power station work? Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that with noninductive load not over our rated power. Kindly read our product manual carefully before using.
7. Can you supply solar panels? Yes, you can order our portable solar panels as one set.
8. How to proceed with an order? Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production, shipment and keep tracing the order until you get it.
