1. The soil in the pot should be breathable

Schefflera is a southern plant that likes slightly acidic soil. When growing Schefflera in a potted plant at home, you need to provide it with loose, breathable, nutrient-rich flower soil, and replace the potting soil every 2 to 3 years. When potting it, you can use more nutrient-rich humus soil, and then add 1/3 of water-permeable and breathable materials, such as coal slag particles and fermented peanut shells , to ensure that the soil is loose and breathable, allowing the root system to grow strong and the plant's branches and leaves to grow lush.

For potted Schefflera, the soil in the pot should not be too dry. 3. Suitable lighting

Schefflera does not like a growing environment with too much light and does not require much sunlight. Normally it needs a small amount of scattered sunlight. You can also ferment rice water or fruit peel water yourself and water it frequently to make the plant grow vigorously.

5. Prune frequently

The plant of Schefflera grows very fast. During the growing season, it will grow a large number of branches. If the branches grow too long and appear a bit messy, it must be pruned and shaped in time.
