1. What is the hydroponic method? The hydroponic method of green radish is to cultivate it with water. Usually, our common method of cultivating green radish is to cultivate it in soil, but in fact, it can also be cultivated in water. When growing hydroponically, not only can you use branches, you can also convert soil-grown plants into hydroponics. The breeding method is also very simple and very suitable for family breeding. 2. Specific hydroponic methods1. Branch hydroponics: Cut the strongest branches from the green radish plant. It doesn’t need to be too long, about 10 cm will do, and the branches should have about 4-5 leaves. It is best to have branches with aerial roots, as they will take root faster. Prepare the hydroponic containers and water in advance. If you use tap water, let it dry for a day or two. Finally, put the branches into the container and change the water in time. 2. Whole plant hydroponics: Take the soil-grown green radish out of the potting soil and rinse the roots with clean water. Get a pair of sharp scissors and cut off any rotten, overlong, or dead roots on the plant. After cutting the roots, they must be placed in potassium permanganate for disinfection, otherwise the roots will easily rot after hydroponics. After disinfection, put the plants in water, and remember to change the water when it becomes dirty. |
