Organic cauliflower greenhouse planting technology (time and temperature)

1. Planting time

When planting cauliflower, you can choose to do it in spring and autumn. It can be planted in spring around January and can be harvested around June. Autumn can be around July, usually in October-November can also be harvested. Generally speaking, the temperature during planting should be around 20℃. If it is too low, it will hinder germination.

2. Planting Technology

1. Seedbed: Before planting, you need to prepare soil containing organic matter and a deep soil layer, preferably acidic soil. After preparing the soil, it needs to be disinfected to prevent cauliflower from diseases and pests. Quicklime and potassium permanganate can be used for disinfection.

2. Seeds: The survival rate will also be affected by the seeds, so you should choose higher quality seeds. After selecting, they must be disinfected first. Soak the seeds in potassium permanganate for 2 hours, soak them in wood vinegar for 3 hours, and then soak them in warm water for about 4 hours after disinfection.

3. Planting: After the seedbed is disinfected, it should be watered thoroughly first, and then the seeds should be planted by spot sowing or broadcasting. After burying the soil, cover it with a layer of plastic film.
