How to grow coral beans

How to grow coral beans

1. Watering

It is important to water the plant during maintenance, as too much water will stunt its growth. Generally speaking, check the dryness of the soil before watering. If the soil has turned white, it means it is time to water it. In addition, when there is dust on the leaves, you should spray water appropriately.

2. Fertilization

During the growth period of coral beans, fertilizer should be supplemented appropriately. Fertilizer should be applied 2-3 times a month, and decomposed liquid fertilizer can be used. Do not use raw fertilizers or fertilizers with high concentrations, and apply fertilizers in small amounts. Too much fertilizer will not be conducive to plant absorption.

3. Temperature

When breeding, the temperature should be adjusted within an appropriate range. Usually, it grows best at 18-25℃. The temperature in winter should not be too low, and the lowest should not be lower than 5℃. If you want to spend the winter safely, the temperature should be around 10-16℃.

4. Repotting

It needs to be repotted around March in spring, and appropriate pruning should be done when repotting, mainly to remove the old roots. When repotting, you should use relatively clean nutrient soil, and it is best not to use soil that has been used to plant other plants.
