The cultivation methods and precautions of the succulent plant Qiluo

The Qi Luo succulent itself is a very easy-to-grow plant. Its biggest feature is that it grows fast and grows in groups easily. It can be grown indoors. In autumn and winter, the planted Qi Luo can be moved outdoors so that it can breathe fresh air and get more sun.

How to grow succulent plants

1. Soil preparation

The succulent plant Qiluo grows very fast. Qiluo likes loose and breathable soil. It can be maintained with peat soil mixed with some granular soil. Some small stones can be laid on the surface, which not only looks good, but also prevents the surface of the potting soil from becoming wet and black and rotten after watering.

2. Watering

The leaves of the succulent plant Qi Luo have a relatively weak water storage capacity. Compared with other succulent varieties, it cannot be overly dehydrated, otherwise it may cause yellow leaves. Keep the soil slightly moist in spring and autumn. Stop watering when the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius in winter, and wait until the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius before watering normally.

3. Lighting

Qiluo likes a growing environment with plenty of light, so generally speaking it is best to grow it on the balcony and fully receive full sunlight, so that it is not easy to grow too tall and the color will be more beautiful. In the summer, when the temperature is higher than 35 degrees Celsius, it needs proper shade.

4. Fertilization

When it is in the growth period, we can appropriately add some organic fertilizer to it. If conditions permit, you can also put some slow-release fertilizer on the surface of the potting soil.

Precautions for caring for succulent plants

1. Flower Pots

When growing the succulent plant Qiluo, it is recommended to use some shallow flower pots to avoid water accumulation. The flower pots themselves should be wider, which is also more conducive to the growth of Qiluo.

2. Ventilation

The succulent plant Qiluo is more suitable to be placed in a place with good ventilation conditions, so as to avoid the plant getting sick due to the stuffy environment and prevent the pot soil from being too moist.
