Cultivation methods and precautions of succulent butt flowers

The succulent butt flower is relatively easy to grow. It has thick leaves, bright flowers and rich colors. It is deeply loved by people. Moreover, if it is grown indoors, it can embellish the indoor environment very beautifully and has a relatively high ornamental value.

How to grow succulent butt flowers

1. Soil

When growing succulent plants, you must use loose soil with strong drainage. You can mix Akadama soil and an appropriate amount of granular soil to meet the growth needs of succulent plants.

2. Lighting

The succulent plant likes light and can only grow vigorously in an environment with sufficient light. It can usually be placed on a windowsill or balcony with good light. However, it is not resistant to the sun. In the strong light in summer, it is necessary to block the light in time to avoid sunburn.

3. Temperature

The succulent butt flower likes a warm environment and the temperature in spring and autumn. If the temperature in summer is too high, it will slowly go dormant, and more ventilation should be given at this time. If the temperature in winter is too low, the temperature should be controlled above 10 degrees to avoid frostbite.

Precautions for caring for fleshy butt flowers

When caring for the succulent plant, be careful not to plant small flowers in large pots. Otherwise, the plant will easily suffer from waterlogging and root rot in the absence of sufficient sunlight. Also, do not water the plant in winter. It is in a dormant state in winter, and watering will cause the roots and body of the plant to slowly rot.
