Cultivation methods and precautions of radish

Morning glory is relatively easy to grow, has strong reproductive ability, and has strong vitality. It is an annual climbing herb that is suitable for growing in a warm and humid environment. It blooms in spring and summer and withers in winter.

How to grow morning glory

1. Soil

Choose loose, breathable and well-drained fertile soil to grow morning glory. Such soil can make morning glory grow better. It is recommended to use leaf mold mixed with garden soil as the soil.

2. Temperature

The suitable temperature for morning glory to grow is 18-26 degrees. It is not cold-resistant. If the temperature is lower than 10 degrees, it will be frostbitten. Therefore, when the temperature is too low, it is necessary to keep warm in time.

3. Lighting

Morning glory loves light, so you need to give it sufficient light to promote its growth, especially when it is in bloom. The most suitable length of sunshine is 12 hours. In summer, you need to take care to prevent strong light from sunburning the plant.

4. Watering

Morning glory likes a humid environment. It should be watered once a day during its growing season. The frequency of watering should be increased during the high temperatures in summer. In winter, the amount of watering should be reduced to prevent the plant from being damaged by frost.

Precautions for the maintenance of morning glory

When caring for morning glory, you should pay attention to applying decomposed compound fertilizer liquid to the morning glory once every month, and once more before flowering. When fertilizing, do not allow the fertilizer to directly contact the roots of the plant, as it will have adverse effects.
