How to grow Rainbow Jade Succulent

How to grow Rainbow Jade Succulent

The leaves of Rainbow Jade are just like its name, small and delicate, with small spacing between leaves. When the temperature difference is large, its condition will get better and better, and the bunches of them will be particularly plump and cute. Its leaves will gradually change from light green to light yellow. As time changes, they can grow into old stumps and hang down.

Rainbow Jade Succulent Cultivation

1. Moisture

When watering the Rainbow Jade Pendant, follow the principle of watering thoroughly when the soil is dry. Do not water halfway. Generally, water it once every three days. Water should be poured onto the soil, and do not spray it onto the leaves. The leaves of the jade pendant cannot come into contact with water, otherwise they will fall off.

2. Fertilization

When fertilizing, do not use uncomposted fertilizer and the concentration should not be too high. During the growing season, you can apply a thin layer of water-based fertilizer once a month, slowly applying it from the edge of the pot and not letting it touch the leaves.

3. Soil

Rainbow Jade does not like moisture, so when preparing the soil, you should pay attention to the drainage of the soil. You can mix garden soil, coarse sand or granular soil, and peat soil evenly.

Rainbow Jade Pendant Maintenance Precautions

Rainbow Jade likes a warm climate, the suitable temperature is about 20 degrees. The temperature in winter should be kept above 4 degrees. The temperature is high in summer, so it should be placed in a well-ventilated place for maintenance. If the light is strong, it needs to be properly shaded. The temperature is low in winter, so it is recommended to be cultivated indoors to avoid frost damage. The climate is mild in spring and autumn, and it can accept full sunlight. Watering can be reduced appropriately in winter. Too much water is not conducive to the respiration of the plant roots, thus affecting the growth of the plant.
