How to use plant rooting agent? How to use quick rooting agent for good effect

The main ingredients of rooting agents are indoleacetic acid, indolebutyric acid, naphthylacetic acid, Yugensheng, br rooting agent, sodium nitrophenolate , etc.

Common rooting agent brands on the market include Junde biological rooting nutrient bacteria agent , Jilian's beneficial root , strong rooting agent, root double prosperous, Weiruisen, etc. So, how to use the rapid rooting agent for good effect?

How to use rooting agent

There are four ways to use rooting agents: dipping roots, mixing seeds (soaking seeds), irrigating roots (flushing), and spraying leaves to promote rooting . When choosing, you can choose the appropriate method according to the specific situation.

Dip the roots

This method is widely used, mainly for the transplantation of vegetables and fruit trees. Before transplanting, we prepare a certain proportion of rooting liquid and soak the roots of the plants in the rooting liquid for 20-30 seconds , which can promote rooting.

Seed dressing (seed soaking)

This method is mainly used for crops planted by seeds. Before sowing, a certain proportion of rooting agent can be used to soak or mix the seeds . This is because the rooting agent can break the dormancy of the seeds and promote the emergence of roots.

Root irrigation (flushing)

This method is mainly used when crops have poor growth and weak root systems. For some replanted plots, we can also use rooting agents to promote plant growth. This method is relatively expensive, but the effect is good!

Foliar spray to promote rooting

The foliar spray method is not as efficient as the first three methods. The foliar spray needs to be absorbed by the leaves first, and then indirectly promotes rooting, so the effect will be slower. Generally, we recommend the first three methods!

Notes on rooting agents

1. When using rooting agents, it is not recommended to use a single ingredient

A more scientific way to use it is to use hormones and regulating rooting agents together with nutritional rooting agents, the effect will be better, such as using gibberellic acid with amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.

2. Do not use rooting agent in excess, otherwise it will have the opposite effect.

Especially for rooting agents such as hormones and plant growth regulators, excessive use will inhibit growth. Therefore, be sure to consult agricultural technicians before use!

3. When using rooting agents, you should also pay attention to the regulation of nutrition.

In the process of promoting rooting, it is necessary to reduce the use of nitrogen fertilizer and use more phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. Because a large amount of nitrogen fertilizer will cause the plant to grow excessive stems and leaves, and more nutrients will flow to the upper part of the plant, which is not conducive to rooting!
