The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that from the 12th to the 15th, under the influence of Typhoon Chandhoh and its outer cloud system, parts of Taiwan Island, central and eastern Zhejiang, Shanghai, southeastern Jiangsu and other places will experience heavy rain to torrential rain, and local areas of southeastern Jiangsu, coastal Zhejiang, and Taiwan Island will experience extremely heavy rain.

In addition, according to Zhang Juan's analysis, after "Chandu" moved northward and entered the Hangzhou Bay, the guiding airflow weakened, and the speed of "Chandu" slowed down, and it will circle less in the sea or area near Hangzhou Bay.

If "Chandhu" hovers and moves less in the Hangzhou Bay, it will not be a good thing for Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places. The strong wind and rain weather in this area will continue for 3 to 4 days. The possibility of local precipitation exceeding the historical extreme value for the same period in Shanghai and northern Zhejiang cannot be ruled out.

According to the Hangzhou Meteorological Observatory, it will rain in Hangzhou from last night until the 15th.

There will be heavy rain to torrential rain in the eastern and northern counties of Hangzhou, heavy torrential rain in mountainous areas such as Tianmu Mountain, gusts of 7 to 9 in the eastern counties, gusts of 9 to 11 in Qiantang District, Qiantang River and other rivers and lakes and some mountainous areas.
