How to eat gooseberries

Gooseberry Yogurt

Prepare 50g gooseberries, 250g cheese, 2 eggs and appropriate amount of white sugar. Mix the above materials evenly with a whisk, put them into the oven, preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance, put them into the mold, bake in a water bath for 60 minutes, and take them out when the temperature drops to room temperature. You can then enjoy a beautiful afternoon tea time.

Gooseberry Liquor

The ratio of gooseberries to white wine is 1:4. Select ripe gooseberries, preferably black-purple ones. After selecting, wash them repeatedly with clean water; choose white wine with an alcohol content of about 50%, put the gooseberries and white wine in a transparent glass jar for fermentation, and the glass jar should be placed in a shady place. After about a month, when you see flocs appear, it means the gooseberries are fermented.

Gooseberry Caramel Walnut Pie

Place caramelized walnuts on the prepared pie crust and then cut gooseberries on top. The sour taste of gooseberries can neutralize the sweet taste of caramel walnuts and bring a refreshing breath.

Gooseberry Jam

Drain the gooseberries and put them into a pot. Add gel sugar for jam, with the amount of gel sugar being half the amount of gooseberries. Stir well and cook over high heat. The water will be cooked out in about 5 minutes, then simmer over low heat to get a sticky jam.
