Is growing mushrooms profitable?

Mushroom is a kind of edible fungus. At present, with the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for edible fungi is increasing. Its medicinal value will be further developed in the future, so the market prospects for mushroom cultivation are very good.

Profits and Benefits of Mushroom Growing

The current profit from mushroom cultivation is still very considerable. Its cultivation cost is not very high, and if the growers have the conditions to purchase and export fresh mushrooms, the net profit per thousand bags can generally reach about 1,000-2,000 yuan.

High-yield cultivation techniques for mushrooms

1. Mushroom House Preparation

Before planting mushrooms, you need to prepare a mushroom house. It is best to build it in a high, flat, loose and fertile area. The materials used should be light-scattering materials. There should be mushroom beds inside and roller blinds.

2. Nutrient stacking

The nutrients can mainly be piled and fermented with wheat straw, bran, rice straw and livestock manure. Note that the pile should be turned over every 3-4 days.

3. Inoculation and soil covering

When the nutrient temperature is controlled at around 25℃, mushroom inoculation is carried out using the hole sowing method with the plant spacing controlled at around 10 cm. This can increase the rate of mushroom germination.
