Can clover be grown hydroponically?

Clover can be cultivated with water. Generally speaking, it is best to place clover in a location with sufficient sunlight and softness when growing it hydroponically. Clover can survive in both hydroponics and soil cultivation, and there is not much difference. Clover has a strong ability to survive. Even if it is trampled and trimmed, it can grow new leaves in about ten days. Clover itself is also resistant to insects.

Methods and key points of hydroponic cultivation of clover

1. Water quality requirements: Purified water is the best, and tap water that has been exposed to sunlight is also OK. The reason why tap water needs to be exposed to sunlight before use is to filter out the chlorine.

2. It is most appropriate to use transparent glass utensils to grow hydroponic plants. The roots need to be rinsed with clean water, and be careful not to damage the root tissue during the cleaning process.

3. Choose clover with strong roots, clean and disinfect the roots, put them in a transparent container, add water, and add an appropriate amount of pebbles to strengthen the roots. Don't pour too much water, just keep the water level above the roots.

Precautions for growing clover in water

During the breeding process, change the water frequently, with a frequency of one to two weeks; each time you change the water, you can add 1 ml of nutrient solution to supplement nutrients to meet the nutrients needed for plant growth.
