Introduction to Rehmannia glutinosa growthRehmannia grows in sandy loam soil, barren hillsides, foot of mountains, walls and roadsides. It is a common medicinal material. Rehmannia is divided into raw Rehmannia, cooked Rehmannia and fresh Rehmannia. Rehmannia is grown in many areas of my country. It prefers warm and sunny places. Its main producing areas are Henan, Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong and Zhejiang in my country. Rehmannia root growth cycleRehmannia can be planted in April in spring, and in May and June in northern regions, and can be harvested in November of the same year. Rehmannia can grow well in loose and fertile sandy loam. When the soil temperature is between 11~13℃, the germination time is 30-45 days. It is most suitable for germination between 25-28℃. After planting, it takes a week to germinate and will emerge after 15-20 days of maintenance. Growth rate of Rehmannia glutinosaThe growth cycle of Rehmannia glutinosa is usually half a year, which takes 150-160 days. Its cultivation mostly adopts rhizome segmentation propagation. Its entire growth and development process can be divided into four periods: seedling growth period, bolting and flowering period, tuber elongation and swelling period, and withering and harvesting period. Management of Rehmannia glutinosa growth cycleYield : Generally, about 30 kilograms of Rehmannia seeds are needed per acre, and about 8,000 to 10,000 plants are planted. The final yield per acre is about 1,600 to 2,700 kilograms. Fertilization management : In the early stage of fertilization of Rehmannia, nitrogen fertilizer is mainly applied to promote luxuriant leaf growth. In the later stage, the root and stem are developing and expanding. Pay attention to the coordinated application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Generally, two topdressings are required. The first time can be applied with seedling fertilizer, and the second time is topdressing fertilizer. |
