Try growing these three plants with just "water" and they will still grow vigorously without changing the "pots"!

Huahua also grows these three plants at home. Although their maintenance methods are relatively simple, sometimes they still show phenomena such as yellowing leaves and drying up. Huahua sent these questions to a group of flower lovers, and some senior flower lovers gave some advice, saying that the growth of these three plants would be better if they were grown with water. Next, Huahua will share with you the methods and precautions of hydroponics!

1. Asparagus fern

The most suitable plant for asparagus fern is to be placed in the study, because it has a refined scholarly scent and looks very elegant. The branches are slender in appearance, like pine and cypress leaves, and they are green and eye-catching. In fact, if asparagus fern is grown in water, its rooting speed can be even faster.

The treatment method of asparagus fern hydroponics is relatively simple. First, we dig out the asparagus fern that needs to be hydroponically cultivated from the soil. Remember to be gentle when digging so as not to damage the root system. After taking the asparagus fern out of the soil, we use clean water to clean the soil around its roots. After that, you need to find a container, pour water in it, and put the asparagus fern in it. At this time, the roots of the asparagus fern should occupy about half of the water position. If you want asparagus fern to grow more vigorously, you can also drop a few drops of nutrient solution into the water. Then you will see "little white beards" emerging in about half a month.

2. Pothos

I believe that all flower growers are familiar with the green ivy. The plant Pothos is loved by many people because of its durability and super air purification ability. Generally, we buy one pot of green radish and use it for cuttings to make several pots. But next time you take cuttings, remember to change to water, so that the roots will grow faster and look more beautiful!

The branches we choose for hydroponic cuttings should be relatively strong, so as to ensure the speed of rooting later. After selecting the branches for cuttings, if conditions permit, you can soak the branches in a solution of carbendazim for a period of time. This can disinfect and kill bacteria and prevent infection by pests and diseases. Finally, we put the processed green radish branches directly into the water container prepared in advance and we're done. The leaves of the green radish grown in water also look plump.

3. Ivy

Ivy is a common vine plant in homes. If you water and fertilize it regularly, its branches will spread throughout the house, like an alternative "creeper". Ivy can also be used for hydroponics. Friends who are interested can take a look.

Ivy itself likes to grow in a humid environment. We put one of its branches in water and add a few drops of nutrient solution. I believe that it will take root and sprout soon.

If you happen to have these three plants at home like Huahua, you can try this hydroponic method. The growth effect will be better than you expected!
