How to Plant Mango Seeds

How to Plant Mango Seeds

1. How to plant

Choose a ripe mango, take out its seeds, cut it open from the small gap in the seed shell with a knife, then break open the seed shell, take out the seed embryo from it, and soak it in water for a while. Prepare the flower pots and culture soil in advance, half bury the seeds in the soil, with the embryo end facing downward, which will be conducive to seed germination, and then place the flower pots in a warm, humid and sunny place for maintenance. After about 5 or 6 days, the seeds will germinate and grow.

2. Precautions

The soil for planting mangoes should be fertile, well-drained and loose. And be careful not to water it too much during its seedling period, otherwise it will cause poor development of the seedlings, and pay attention to maintain good ventilation.
