Eight super cold-resistant plants

Eight super cold-resistant plants

1. Huilan

Generally speaking, it is a very cold-resistant orchid and can usually survive at minus 7℃, but you must take care to protect its roots. Moreover, its flowering period coincides with the Spring Festival, which is also particularly festive.

2. Tulip

It can also survive well in winter, usually at minus 14℃, and can still spend the winter safely even in severe cold weather. Make sure to give it plenty of sunlight and keep it appropriately moist.

3. Hyacinth

It can still take root and grow even at minus 5℃. Be especially careful not to place them near very hot places, otherwise it will shorten their flowering time.

4. Cyclamen

It is relatively cold-resistant and can survive temperatures as low as 0°C in winter without being frostbitten. It is very suitable to grow them indoors in winter. You can put them in a sunny place, water them moderately and keep them moist.

5. Pyracantha bonsai

It can withstand the cold winter, and even in winter weather it can still bloom and bear fruit as usual without falling off. It has strong adaptability and requires sufficient light, but it needs to be pruned appropriately so that it can grow better and more luxuriantly.

6. Aphidida

It is relatively cold-hardy and relatively shade-tolerant. It can grow normally at 0℃ in winter, but be careful not to place it in a dark environment for a long time, otherwise its leaves will turn yellow.

7. Guanyin Lotus

It is relatively tenacious, has good adaptability, and will not be frozen to death even in severe temperatures of 0℃. Watering should be appropriate, don't water too much and don't let it be too dry. You can place it in a sunny place and apply appropriate amount of fertilizer.

8. Hazy Moon

It is cold-resistant and can survive well even when grown outdoors in winter. Experiments have shown that it can survive normally at minus 14℃, but don't water it too much. You can repot it once every spring.
