1. PreparationThere are not many things you need to prepare to grow enoki mushrooms yourself. Mix cottonseed hulls, slaked lime, sawdust and water evenly, put them in a plastic bag as nutrients, and pinch the water content with your hands to ensure that water can seep out but no water flow is formed. Select high-quality fungus strains and the plastic bags you need to use, wrap the fungus strains in the plastic bags, add nutrients, place them in a box covered with newspapers, and cover them with a transparent bag. 2. Stay hydratedWhen small enoki mushrooms appear, place the cultivation box at 10 to 18 degrees Celsius and spray water every once in a while. Be careful not to spray directly on the enoki mushrooms, but only on the surrounding newspapers to ensure a moist environment. 3. PickingWhen the cap of the enoki mushroom reaches about one centimeter and the height is about 10 centimeters, you can pick it and eat it. |
