How to plant Jade Cicada Flower

How to plant Jade Cicada Flower

1. Planting by division

The division of Jade Cicada Flower is usually carried out in spring and autumn or after the flowers fall. First, the mother plant should be dug out and its rhizomes should be separated with tools. Each plant should have 2-3 buds, and then they should be planted in the soil separately and watered appropriately.

2. Sowing and Planting

After harvesting the seeds of the Jade Cicada Fungus, they should be washed with water, disinfected and washed again, and placed in a wooden box indoors. They can be sown in about 20 days.

Before sowing, the substrate should be exposed to the sun first, then the seeds should be sown evenly and covered with a layer of soil, which should be compacted lightly. Then, the entire substrate should be placed in a pool of water to allow it to absorb water slowly. The soil should always be kept moist, and it will germinate in the spring of the following year.
