Can it be transferred to soil cultivation?

It can be switched to soil cultivation, but many friends’ plants slowly died after switching to soil cultivation, causing friends to no longer dare to switch, thinking that it is impossible to switch from hydroponics to soil cultivation. In fact, you are using the wrong method.

Methods for transferring hydroponic heartleaf vine to soil culture:

First, take it out of the water and place it in a cool place to dry, but after taking it out, you need to simply trim its roots. Wait until the cut and the moisture are completely dried before inserting it into the soil.

Do not water it when it is just inserted into the soil. Place it in a place with good air circulation and no sunlight for 2 to 3 days before watering. No fertilizer is needed during this period. Many friends are too diligent and end up growing their plants to no avail. Because the root system of soil culture is completely different from that of hydroponic culture.

Don't let it be exposed to the sun during the first 15 to 20 days. It is best to place it in semi-shade.

When it grows roots suitable for soil cultivation again, you can take care of it normally. At this time, you can just keep it in rough condition, as it is very hardy.

Note:

When it is first moved to the soil, it must not be exposed to the sun. Many friends do not take this seriously and always think that it will be healthier if it is exposed to the sun. This is wrong.

Before transferring to soil cultivation, water the soil once.

During normal maintenance, the only thing that should not be neglected is watering. Be sure to wait until the soil surface is dry before watering.
