How plants reproduce

The first method is seed propagation, which is the best and most important method.

The second method is cuttings, but it should be noted that leaf cuttings are not included. Although this is a very important method of reproduction for most succulents, it is a bit strange that this is not the case for the succulent we are going to talk about. Usually we choose to cut off the side shoots from the old plants for propagation, because the buds of the plants will grow very quickly.

The third method is division.

Specific methods

sowing:

The premise of this method is that the temperature is controlled above 20 degrees Celsius. After ensuring this condition, we should choose relatively fresh seeds, and then choose soil with good air permeability and rich nutrients. After sowing, you just need to water the seeds sufficiently and wait for them to germinate. You don't need to wait too long, because the seedlings of this plant germinate very quickly.

Cuttings:

This method is relatively simple. Let’s take side buds as an example. The temperature should also be between twenty and twenty-five degrees. First, choose a good container and substrate. The substrate must also be breathable. After all these are prepared, it is time to select the buds of the plants. When choosing, not all buds will do. We should try our best to choose those healthy buds, and not those sick or withered buds, and then insert them into the substrate.

Division:

This is also a very simple method. The best time to do this is after the weather gets warm in spring, not in summer. When we see the small sprouts grow to three to four centimeters, we can start.
