After flowering, you can use some organic fertilizers with slower effects, such as poultry manure, bone meal, and cake fertilizer.

Additional fertilizer should be applied once in April. Fertilizing at this time can effectively make the plum blossoms sprout new buds and branches.

For newly planted plum blossoms, you can apply enough base fertilizer first, and then the next fertilization should be done when the new branches grow to more than 5 cm. In order to make the branches grow stronger, you can apply thin cake fertilizer water, just once; after the flowers wither, the leaves will slowly unfold. At this time, there must be sufficient fertilizer to supply its growth, about once every 25 to 35 days, and thin liquid fertilizer can be used; when the branches of the plum blossoms grow to 20 cm long, you should gradually reduce fertilization.

Stop fertilizing during the dog days of summer, and don't fertilize when the flowers are in bloom.

If you apply liquid fertilizer, you must combine it with watering and do not make the soil in the pot too moist. If it is solid fertilizer, you must water it in time after fertilizing so that the fertilizer can be better absorbed by the plants.
