The most suitable growth temperature for eggplant is 25-30℃. Under the conditions of suitable temperature and reasonable watering and fertilization management, it takes about 5-14 days for eggplant to emerge. Eggplant seedlings are usually sown and raised in spring from March to April. The seedlings can be transplanted at about 50 days old, and it only takes about 30 days in the warm southern regions.

Management of eggplant after emergence

1. During the eggplant seedling period, the humidity and temperature should be lowered. The temperature should be kept at around 25℃ as much as possible, and the temperature at night should be kept at 15℃. Do not water the seedlings. Allow the seedlings to receive sufficient light to prevent them from growing too tall.

At the same time, the soil moisture supply should be sufficient to promote the growth of eggplant seedlings. 3. During the eggplant seedling and seedling stage, attention should be paid to the prevention and control of diseases and pests. According to the disease pattern and time of disease occurrence, timely prevention and control can effectively reduce the impact of diseases and pests and promote the healthy growth of eggplant seedlings.
