Dharma Green Tower breeding temperature

The Dharma Green Tower is a thermophilic plant. Its best growing season is spring and autumn, with a suitable temperature of 15 to 25 degrees. In winter, it is necessary to pay attention to heat preservation, and the minimum temperature should not be lower than 5 degrees.

Dharma Green Tower Farming Soil

The soil can be a mixture of soil, sawdust, perlite, pebbles, etc., or it can be prepared by mixing 2 parts of garden soil, coarse sand or vermiculite, and 1 part of leaf mold, and adding a small amount of bone meal and chicken or cow dung as base fertilizer;

Watering the Green Tower of Dharma

When watering during the growing period, pay special attention to keep the soil in the entire pot moist and ensure that it is watered thoroughly. Summer is the dormant period of the Dharma Green Tower. At this time, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, where the light is transparent but not exposed to direct sunlight. At this time, there is no need to water it too much to prevent root rot.

Dharma Green Tower Fertilization

During the growing season, fertilizer should be kept sufficient, usually twice a month;

The growth period of the Dharma Green Tower

The growth period of the Dharma Green Pagoda is relatively long. The growing period is from early autumn every year to early summer of the following year (however, the climatic conditions in different temperature zones are different, the temperature difference is large, and the length of the flowering period will also be different) . It should be noted that the Dharma Green Tower is extremely sensitive to the lighting environment. Insufficient light will cause the plant to grow too tall, the distance between the leaves will be lengthened, the plant shape will become loose, and the appearance will be greatly reduced. At the same time, the leaf stems will become delicate and easy to break. For plants grown in places with plenty of sunlight, the nodes are arranged compactly and the plants are short and strong.

How to reproduce the green tower of Dharma

There are three main ways to propagate Dharma Green Tower: division, cutting and sowing. Division means splitting densely growing plants into loose pieces, three or four branches at a time, and inserting them directly into pots. You can also choose to use cuttings. When the plant is growing well, cut the top branches with excellent growth and plant them in relatively moist sandy soil. New roots will grow after two or three weeks. You can also harvest seeds and sow them under conditions of around 20 degrees from April to May. Seedlings will appear two weeks after sowing. This method allows for faster growth.
