How to make succulent plants bloom

Leaf cuttings

It's really painful to throw away the succulent leaves that you accidentally knocked off or cut off from pruning. The editor will teach you a trick to make your succulent leaves bloom into another pot of succulent!

Material:

Succulent leaves Carbendazim Dry soil Plate (shallow but wide)

Steps:

1. Prepare the leaves and mix carbendazim at a ratio of 1:1000. Soak the fresh leaves in the mixture. Take them out after ten minutes and place them in the sun for about 2 hours to allow the cut to heal. Place them in a place with scattered light for about 4 days.

Note: Pick the leaves now. If you have just finished watering, wait until the leaves are dry so that they will be easier to pick. Keep the roots of the leaves clean so that they can take root.

2. Spread the dry soil prepared in advance evenly on a plate and wet the topsoil with a watering can.

3. As shown in the picture below, arrange the succulent leaves in an orderly manner on the soil with their backs facing up and their backs facing down.

Note: When just planted, avoid strong sunlight and place it indoors or in a place with weak light. Do not water it, otherwise the leaves will rot before they grow roots.

4. After tiny roots emerge from the leaves, use a small branch to dig shallow holes in the soil, plant the newly grown roots of the succulent leaves into the holes, and cover them with a thin layer of soil. Now you can start watering and letting it get some sun.

5. When the succulents grow up, you can start to change the pots. It should be noted that after the new leaves grow out, the old leaves will slowly wither. At this time, do not rush to remove the old leaves. Wait for them to fall off automatically, otherwise it may damage the new leaves.

Branch cuttings

The purpose of trimming flesh is to rejuvenate and shape it. In fact, these cut fleshy branches have incredible regeneration ability.

Material:

Meat to be trimmed Scissors Empty bottle

Steps:

1. As shown in the picture below, cut off the top of the meat.

2. The leaves below the cut piece need to be picked off, leaving a bare stem at the bottom.

3. Spray the bottle wall with water, insert the cut branches into an empty bottle, or fill the bottle with Akadama soil to promote rooting. Make sure the frame is empty, with the head exposed, and then place it in a ventilated and cool place.

4. Leave it for about ten days until the cut heals and new roots grow, then you can take it out.

5. Prepare the flowerpot and plant the branches with new roots into the potting soil. The succulent will grow healthily. At this time, it needs more sunlight.
