Soak in water

It is performed approximately once every 7-10 days, and the length of time varies according to the season: within 4 hours in spring, no more than 2 hours in summer, a maximum of 6 hours in autumn, and no more than 2 hours in winter. Pay attention to the timing of soaking in water in summer, it is best not to soak in water when the temperature is high.

Water

This is the most common way, which is to prepare a bucket of water, pick up the air hyacinth and shake it in the water, just like eating hot pot and shabu-shabu meat slices, until the leaves of the air hyacinth are completely wet. The silver-gray leaves are easy to see. When the leaves turn gray-green, you can take them out and shake them gently, or hang them upside down for a while, and then put them aside for maintenance.
