Cultivation methods and precautions of Millennium Wood

1. Breeding methods

1. Soil: The genus Elaeagnus likes soft and fertile soil. When caring for it, it is recommended to mix leaf mold, peat soil, river sand, garden soil and other soils to make the soil for growing it.

2. Temperature: It is suitable for growing in a warm environment and is afraid of cold. When raising it, it should be placed in an environment above 10℃. In winter, never let the temperature drop below 5℃, otherwise it will grow poorly.

3. Sunlight: It prefers sunlight. When caring for it, place it in a place with scattered light so that it can receive sunlight. This will make it grow better and faster. However, when the light is very strong in summer, you should pay attention to shade. Especially at noon, it must not be exposed to direct sunlight, otherwise it will get sunburned.

4. Water and fertilizer: Watering can be carried out according to the condition of the soil in the pot. Water if it is dry and do not water if it is wet. It likes a high-humidity environment, and when maintaining it, you should spray some water mist around it regularly. Fertilization can be done twice a month, while old plants can be fertilized three to four times a month.

2. Precautions

1. Change the soil regularly: When raising it, you should pay attention to changing the soil. The soil needs to be changed every 1-2 years of cultivation. When changing the soil, you need to prune its roots at the same time.

2. Keep ventilation: When maintaining it, pay attention to regular ventilation. This will allow it to be exposed to more fresh air, which is good for its growth.
