Ginseng Ficus cultivation methods and precautions

Ginseng Ficus cultivation methods and precautions

1. Breeding methods

1. Soil: When growing ginseng fig, you should use soft, breathable soil that is not prone to water accumulation and rich in nutrients. It is best to use some soil containing humus. If conditions permit, you can use humus, garden soil and sand to prepare its soil.

2. Temperature: It is suitable for growing in a warm environment and cannot grow in a cold place for a long time. Normally, the temperature should be controlled within 18-33℃, which is more conducive to its growth. In winter, keep the temperature above 10℃ to prevent it from frostbite.

3. Water and fertilizer: It likes water, so you need to water it regularly during maintenance to keep the soil slightly moist. It also needs fertilizer, which should be applied regularly during the growing season. But you cannot fertilize it in winter.

4. Sunlight: It prefers sunlight, so when caring for it, you should allow it to receive more scattered sunlight. But it is afraid of strong light, so be careful to avoid direct sunlight when caring for it. During the summer noon, special attention should be paid to shade it to prevent it from being sunburned.

2. Precautions

1. Ventilation: When maintaining it, maintaining good ventilation conditions will help increase its growth, make it grow stronger, and reduce the chance of it being infected with diseases and pests.

2. Changing the soil: In order to keep the soil in good condition, you need to change the soil every 1-2 years. When changing the soil, you can also cut off the rotten roots on the plant, which is very beneficial to its growth.
